Privacy Policy (Status: October 2023)

Privacy policy of FUSE-AI GmbH:

With the following text, we would like to inform you about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data on our website.

Use of the Internet offer and automatic data collection

Visiting our non-password-protected Internet pages can generally be done without disclosing personal information about your identity, such as your name, e-mail address, address data or other information about yourself.

Automatic data collection

When you visit our website, the following data is transmitted to us:

  • Browser type and version,

  • Operating system used

  • Website from which you visit us (referrer URL)

  • Website you visit

  • Date and time of your access

  • Your Internet Protocol (IP) address

Insofar as the use of the IP address is no longer necessary for the purposes of system stability and security, the last octet is shortened so that it is no longer possible to establish a reference to the individual user. In this anonymized form, the data is stored for twelve months and evaluated for statistical purposes.

Collection of further data

If you decide to contact us or to order or use one of our Internet offers, such as subscribing to a newsletter or receiving information material, we require further information about you, such as your name, e-mail address, postal address and other offer-specific information. The provision of your personal data is always on a voluntary basis and is subject to your free decision. We will only collect and use the data that is necessary for the fulfillment of the respective purpose.

After the purpose has been fulfilled or at your request, we will delete your personal data unless there is a legal obligation to do so - e.g. for reasons of tax law when calculating chargeable services.

Subject to the further information in this data protection notice, your data is stored exclusively on specially protected computer systems within Germany. Access to these systems or the data stored on them is only permitted to persons who are entrusted with the use of the data as part of their original operational tasks and for whom a separate password-protected access authorization has been set up. With the help of appropriate technical and organizational measures for data protection and IT security, we ensure that your information is always treated confidentially.

SSL encryption

This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as requests that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Processing of data (customer and contract data)

We collect, process and use personal data only to the extent necessary for the establishment, content or modification of the legal relationship (inventory data). We collect, process and use personal data about the use of our website (usage data) only to the extent necessary to enable the user to use the service or to bill the user.

Disclosure of personal data to third parties

Information about you will only be collected, stored or processed within FUSE-AI GmbH. and by external service providers who are contractually bound as data processors within the framework of the applicable data protection regulations.

Your personal data will not be passed on to any parties other than those involved in processing your request. Further information on the offices involved can be found in the service-specific information, if applicable.

If we have commissioned external service providers to process personal data, this is done in compliance with data protection regulations and with the objective that the service providers only use the entrusted data in accordance with our contractually agreed instructions and that we are granted a right of control with regard to the technical and organizational measures to be observed by the contractor.

Insofar as a legal obligation exists, we are obligated to do so by court order and for the purposes of criminal prosecution, we will transmit your data to bodies entitled to receive information.

Newsletter data

To send our newsletter we need an e-mail address from you. Verification of the specified e-mail address is necessary and the receipt of the newsletter must be consented to. Supplementary data is not collected or is voluntary. The data is used exclusively for sending the newsletter.

The data provided during the newsletter registration will be processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). A revocation of your already given consent is possible at any time. For the revocation, an informal message by e-mail or you unsubscribe via the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.

Data entered to set up the subscription will be deleted in the event of unsubscription. If this data has been transmitted to us for other purposes and elsewhere, it will remain with us.

Cookies use

What are cookies?

Cookies are small files that are downloaded to and stored on your computer or other Internet-enabled device, such as your tablet or cell phone, when you visit our website. A cookie usually contains the name of the website from which the cookie originated, the "lifetime" of the cookie (i.e., how long the cookie will remain on your device), and a value that usually consists of a randomly generated unique number.

You can change the settings to block cookies or inform you when cookies are sent to your device. There are different ways to deal with cookies. Please use your browser's instructions or the help menu to learn more about how to adjust your browser settings.

If you disable the cookies we use, it may affect the usability of our website for you, for example, you may not be able to visit some areas of our website or you may not be able to view information tailored to your personal preferences.

If you use different devices to visit our website (e.g. your computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.), you should make sure that the cookie settings you want are set on each browser and device.

Why do we use cookies?

We use cookies to compile usage statistics and find out how you arrived at our website. We also use cookies to create anonymous summary statistics that allow us to understand how visitors use our website and to improve the structure and content of our website.
We cannot personally identify you from this information.

What cookies are included on our website?

Most of the cookies we use are so-called "session cookies". They are automatically deleted after the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your terminal device until you delete them. These cookies allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit.

If a user is logged into the social networks Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, XING or LinkedIn, cookies of the respective social network are additionally set by the operator of the social network. We cannot control this.

Browser plugin

You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

Social plugins from Vimeo

Social plugins of the services Vimeo are used on our websites. Via these social plugins, personal data can be sent to the service providers (also to non-European countries) and may be used by them.

We do not collect any personal data ourselves by means of the social plugins or via their use. We have configured the social plugins so that initially no personal data is passed on to the providers of the individual social plugins when you visit our website. Only when you click on one of the social plugins can data be transmitted to the service provider and stored there.

When you click on the corresponding buttons of the service provider, the service provider receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our online offer. You do not need to have an account with this service provider or be logged in there. If you are logged in to the service provider, this data is directly assigned to your account. If you click on one of the social plugins and link to the page, for example, the service provider also saves this information in your user account and shares this publicly with your contacts.

If you do not wish to be associated with your profile with the service provider, you must log out before clicking on one of the social plugins.

We have no influence on whether and to what extent the service providers collect personal data. We also do not know the scope, purpose and storage period of the data collection. It must be assumed that at least the IP address and device-related information are collected and used. It is also possible that the service providers use cookies.

Further information from the service providers in detail:

Vimeo videos and related data collection and use

On our websites, you can watch videos that are integrated by means of a "plugin" from Vimeo. As soon as you visit a website of our offer, on which such a Vimeo plugin is integrated, a connection to the servers of Vimeo is established. In the process, various information may be transmitted to Vimeo, e.g. your IP address or which page of our online offer you are currently visiting. If you view a video embedded in this way, it may also come to the storage and further use of this data by Vimeo. If you are logged in to Vimeo at the same time as your Vimeo account, Vimeo may be able to associate your surfing behavior with your Vimeo user profile. You can prevent such data processing by logging out of your Vimeo account before visiting our website.

The "extended data protection mode" for Vimeo videos is activated on our websites. Since this is the service of a third party, we have no influence on the processing of corresponding data by Vimeo. The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Vimeo, as well as your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy, can be found in the corresponding notes on data protection https://vimeo.com/privacy.

We will delete your data stored in our systems as soon as the purpose of the storage or processing no longer exists. For this purpose, a regular review is carried out to determine whether the need for storage still exists. If you wish your personal data to be deleted, we will comply with this request, provided that the deletion does not conflict with legal regulations, such as retention obligations. For this purpose, you can send an e-mail to info@fuse-ai.de.

Google Fonts

This website uses web fonts from Google to display certain fonts. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into its browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly.

For this purpose, the browser you use must connect to Google's servers. This enables Google to know that our website has been accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online offers. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

If your browser does not support web fonts, a default font is used by your computer. For more information about Google Web Fonts, please visit https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and read Google's privacy policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/

Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Browser type and version

  • Operating system used

  • Referrer URL

  • Host name of the accessing computer

  • Time of the server request

  • IP addressThis data is not merged with other data sources.

The basis for the data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the fulfillment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

Contact form

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your data from the inquiry form including the contact data you provided there will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

The processing of the data entered in the contact form is therefore based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). A revocation of your already given consent is possible at any time. An informal communication by e-mail is sufficient for the revocation. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after we have completed processing your request). Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

Right to data portability

You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfillment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only be done insofar as it is technically feasible.

Objection to advertising e-mails

The use of contact data published within the framework of the imprint obligation to send advertising and information materials not expressly requested is hereby prohibited. The operators of the pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, such as spam e-mails.

You have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient and the purpose of data processing, as well as a right to correct, block or delete this data. For this purpose, as well as for further questions on the subject of personal data, you can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint.
